Everything was fantastic.

We loved the location of this place as it was situated in a living area where you can find everything you need within walking distance. It is near the center of activity and not too far from the main train station. Here, we enjoyed an extensive list of amenities for added comfort such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bell staff/porter. We also loved the welcome drink, in-room safe, soundproofed rooms, and all room amenities including tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities.

We would recommend this hotel to all. Although, staff need to be taught proper customer service, everything else was great!

Great location near all the main tourist areas such as the Forum, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff who were always busy but still managed to provide excellent service. Enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of food options.

The size of the bathroom was a bit small and could use some updating. the air conditioning in the room could have been better as the room didn't cool down enough.
